In order to access the logbook service, some users may need to (in decreasing order of preference):
  1. update their browser's root certificates from the browser provider ;
  2. update their browser's root certificates to include the StartSSL root authority certificate; or
  3. allow a security certificate exception.

Note that most ratings are specific to a certificate type.
  • If a text field is selected as match case, the first letter of each portion of a name or city (ie, parts separated by spaces or punctuation) must be entered in upper case, and the rest of the portion in lower case. This makes it easier to specify the beginning of a name or city pattern.
  • All fields are optional, but at least one field must be specified.
  • Depending upon the query, up to 1000 records are returned. If this limit is abused, it will be lowered.
